WHO IS STAMINA PILATES SUITABLE FOR?

Man, woman, young or old, Stamina Pilates is healthy and completely safe for everyone, although as Stamina Pilates is of a higher intensity, we recommend that pregnant people adjust their workout to something of a lower intensity to avoid sustaining uncomfortableness or injury.

Whilst Pilates helps to improve balance, flexibility, posture and core strength, Stamina Pilates burns extra calories, builds up a sweat and is a little more challenging than regular Pilates.
