Whilst our passion is Reformer Pilates, we believe that Pilates and exercise is for everyone regardless of ability. We offer a variety of classes available for all ages, shapes, genders and sizes irrespective of where you are on your fitness journey.

From Reformer and Mat Pilates to Yoga, our sessions are all about movement to boost your overall well being and leave your mind, body and soul feeling motivated, healthy and most importantly PROUD!

Reformer PILATES

An intense full body workout using the reformer. We focus on building strength, increasing mobility and creating length and balance in our bodies. 

Mat PILATES

Balancing and flowing movement class with focus upon core stability, breathing, mobility, alignment, precision of movement and flexibility. Expect a full body workout with a focus on the abs and glutes that is the perfect combination of stretching and stretching and strengthening.

BARRE

A toning body-weight-lifting workout targeting deep muscles using low impact movements. No ballet experience required. 

YOGA

An introduction to our Yoga practises, we will focus on the basic principles and movements that will enable you to build a solid foundation before advancing onto higher levels of practise. Suitable for those looking to start their yoga practise, or those re-entering after some time away.

BEGINNER YOGA

PILATES MAT: POWER

Enjoy this chance for mindful movement, body awareness and connecting to a positive mindset.

PILATES MAT: SCULPT

We work to perk the bottom, tone the arms and strengthen the core for a full body workout.

REFORMER: ESSENTIALS

A beginners level reformer class, or for those returning to Pilates. This class focuses on technique & breathing to develop your core muscles. 

REFORMER: STAMINA

A HIIT style workout using apparatus such as the jumpboard. We focus on pushing through our mental barriers whilst breaking a sweat. This class is not suitable for pre/post natal clients.

REFORMER: STRENGTH

An intense full body workout using the reformer. We focus on building strength, increasing mobility and creating length and balance in our bodies. 

This class is not suitable for pre/post natal clients.

REFORMER: STRETCH

This full body stretch helps improve your posture and flexibility using the reformer, focusing on alleviating tension and stress from the body (and mind!).

YOGA: MORNING FLOW

Wake up well with a Yoga flow to mobilise your whole body and set yourself up for the day ahead. This will incorporate stretching, breath-work, movement to energise and meditation to focus your mind for the day ahead

YOGA: POWER

A stronger and more dynamic practice to strengthen and tone the whole body. Build your practice with more challenging poses and inversions.

YOGA: ROCKET/RESTORE

A dynamic and Yoga practice to strengthen and condition the body and cardiovascular system. This practice builds strength by incorporating powerful poses, inversions and encourages creativity and playfulness in movement. This practice is faster paced and incorporates powerful standing and balancing poses, inversions and backbends.

YOGA: SLOW FLOW

Meditation meets movement. A practice comprising of slow and gentle movements to enhance mind-body awareness. Building connection with body, this is a deeply relaxing and connecting us to restore, rejuvenate and connect us to our inner peace.

YOGA: VINYASA

Flowing with breath. Creative and flowing sequence to strengthen and stretch the body and create freedom in the body and mind. Expect to be challenged, energised and feel supple and at home within the body. Harness the power of energy-directed intention and sharpen mental focus and clarity with breath work practices.
