However, if you have not previously practised a particular discipline, you are required to book a beginner-level class (e.g. Reformer Essentials, Reformer Stretch, Mat Precision or Barre Essentials). If you book into a higher-intensity class without prior experience, you may be refused entry and your class credit will be forfeited.
